I moved from PA to DE and learned that in order to register my car in DE I would need the title, which I hadn't seen in 13 years. I went through CarTitles.com thinking it would be faster than going through PennDot. CarTitles got the documents that i sent them, and in turn sent these to PennDot, Then a lot of time went by. I called CarTitles several times and was reassured that it was underway. Eventually I called PennDot and learned that they needed to see my DE driver's license, which I did not yet have. If CarTitles knew about this requirement, they didn't mention it to me. So when I did get my driver's license, I sent it and the other documents to PennDot, Eventually I got the title. from PennDOT. So I'm not sure what I got for my $189 for CarTitles.

Not worth the 329$ I contacted the old lien holder. I got them to send me information before you and your team send info to me. Your investigations was nothing more than the info I provided to you. I love to get my money back cause your services were 2nd to what I did in the same time. I do not thank you for your time, your service. I wasted 329$ on you.

They did a nice job on the paperwork but missed the expedited request at a hefty added fee by two weeks. When confronted, they claimed I signed off on this slow of a service. That was not how expedited is marketed. You can do all of the steps yourself and their cos isn’t worth the speed.
