Poor TOW service-waited for 3 HOURS in the hot sun!! Finally got to dealership. In addition to the $100 deductible, also had to pay $150 +tax for one hour labor that carsure would not authorize! I purchased the upgraded policy but I still ended up paying money out of pocket that carsure promised they dwould cover. SERIOUSLY considering canceling policy and researching a more ETHICAL company!!!I UPDATE!! The CarSure team read my first review, contacted me, investigated the matter and refunded the full amount that I was charged for labor! I was impressed and have changed my opinion of the coverage. They do care!

First you receive a letter in the mail poor thing not knowing it’s a scam scam scam don’t say someone didn’t warn you! They won’t cover a damn thing of your car as for me my radio and air conditioner was broken and all they could think of is to come up with excuses not to cover them, worst customer service rude call center representatives probably fake I don’t even think they exist.accept when your monthly payment is due they will give you a phone call prior the due date total scammers Anyways all in all it’s a scam man don’t fall for it ⚠️⚠️

I rate with 5 stars (Excellent) I would like to point out that Helen Washington exhibited superior customer service! Helen demonstrated the following: Utilized your company's specific customer service focused standards. Active listening skills and was able to address my concerns while encouraging me to make the best decision for me "Wow". Leads with an enthusiastic style, inspirational leadership skills and obsession for sales. Congratulations on a job well done!

As a senior, I appreciated the way you made every concession to get to a monthly rate we could handle since we are on a fixed income and not currently working.

this is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life I’ve been trying for three days to get my car fixed still have not got it fixed yet they take your money but don’t want to do the work for you they are some fake people I hope no one ever use their business I will be talking to the better business bureau and whoever else that I can talk to to retrieve my money and to hopefully put them out of business I do not recommend these people to no one my name is James price and that’s my review
