I drive allot for business and it's an amazing feeling to know I'm protected. I spoke with CarSure representative Josh Keeven with regards to my 2016 Ford Edge which was coming out of factory warranty. His knowledge of the warranty packages Carsure has available made it extremely easy to find the package best for me and within my budget. I typically keep a car for approximately 4 years and look forward to having Josh and CarSure as my present and future warranty service provider. Thanks Josh.

I can only say something about the young lady i had the experience in talking to,her name is ms.Helen Washington and she was one of the most professional and honest people I've talked to in a long time,she kept it real and was willing to answer all questions and no matter the length of time it took,so if I would recommend her to anyone i was very satisfied and pleased with her 👍

I think this company is a scam. I gave a down payment via credit card of 12-11 with the word that papers would come soon. Soon didn't come, I called just after Christmas and was assured another packet of info would be mailed. It's now January 7th, and nothing. Not only have you taken a down payment, but I had better not learn that I have been billed a monthly charge. I have NOT SIGNED A THING OKAYING THIS "SERVICE". I will be calling and I want answers, besides a refund to my credit card. Shameful.

I was very pleased with the customer service. The employee was personable, clear and knowledgeable about the product. He answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. It was a very pleasant telephone call.

The representative I first reached, Toni, was very professional, but yet, friendly and knowledgeable. I had to be transferred, but the time to speak with the second representative I spoke with, Paula, was quick. She too was professional and courteous. I then spoke with Justin, the supervisor, who then sealed the deal. He too was knowledgeable and was able to find ways to help me to save money and get me into an affordable plan to cover my vehicle. The wonderful teamwork, professionalism on the part of the reps, and the friendliness, causes me rate this team, AWESOME!! Thank you for all you do!
