As I have not used or made a claim, my customer service interactions have been awesome! I called a week ago and spoke to Justin Mathenia, explained I had misplaced policy docs and ID card. Justin provided all pertinent info needed. This morning’s mail brought new documents and ID card! Very awesome as I didn’t expect and Justin did not say I would be receiving. CarSure worked with me to fit the premium into my budget and and the coverage appears to meet my needs.

I wouldn't even give them a star they just steel your money they won't give me a full refund and won't pay to have my truck fixed so now I'm left with a $3,000 bill plus its not even fixed so I can't drive it and haven't had it since week after thanksgiving so now I I'm left trying to fine a way back and to,to my doctors appointments for my daughter and me since I am 23 weeks pregnant now.

I was very happy with all the people I spoke with as I had several questions which were all answered. The employees were very courteous and very helpful in seeing that I fully understood what I would receive and how the cost would work for me. I am now covered and do not need to worry about a very high repair cost on our car. I want to thank the people at CarSure for their help and patience.

Very businesslike and straight forward. Freely discussed what is covered and what is not. I've had their coverage for a few years now and always had good experiences. The Chevy dealer with whom I deal has no problem with this company that I know of, and is very familiar with them.
