My questions were addressed and answered satisfactorily except for one that I forgot to ask for clarity. I was however assured that I could reach the gentleman that I spoke with in Customer Service should I need any further information or assistance. Pleased with not having to use Automated System and I could clearly understand each representative spoken to!

Scammers have been trying to get us to get their extended warranty even though our dealer gave us one for 5 years. This is a rip-off. They said they can extend our warranty until 2023!!! Our car will be 12 years old by then. Don't fall for their spiel. Any car you buy from a d ealership, used or new, will come with an extended warranty. Just called their number after receiving probably the 10th notice in the mail and at least 10 phone calls in the 3 years we've had our Camry. Only trust your dealer for any warranty offered. These clowns are just trying to rip you off.

While you are able to purchase coverage from a dealership - coverage does not automatically come with your purchase, nor is it guaranteed. That's where CarSure comes in. We are able to offer repair coverage for a car you just purchased, or one you've owned for several years. And because we are not tied to your dealership - we are able to offer a wider variety of coverage options, prices and plans. I sincerely apologize some of our marketing efforts gave you a misaligned impression of CarSure and our products - but I assure you we strive for excellence.
