Some emails came back undeliverable. That's a bit frustrating and unexceptable. When you're trying to do business with some one you should make sure it's a working email and/or sendable. Loss of sales and customers could be problematic.

Even though CarSoup.com doesn't manage the information a dealer or private seller posts on their vehicle listing, we do like to know if information is invalid so we can reach out to the poster. User experience is very important to us, and as you pointed out, an invalid email does not help you get in touch with the seller. It would be more helpful if the listings would include interior color. This is very important for me on a vehicle and the ads don't list it. I would also like to know if the 2nd row seating in the suburbans is a bench seat or bucket seats.

Shopped cars, found one I liked and sent email through Car Soup to dealer. Dealer contacted me to verify the car was still available & 2 days later I drove away with the car I wanted. CarSoup sight is easy to search with on line with good description & pictures of the vehicles.

Thank you for your feedback! I think we have a solution, but I apologize that it was not easy to find. If you go to the Advanced Search page, you can choose your criteria before it brings up results - http://www.carsoup.com/AdvancedSearch.aspx. So if you choose Body Style - Truck; Doors - 4 door, Tonnage - 1/2 ton (I wasn't sure if you meant 1/2 truck or 1/2 ton) available trucks meeting that criteria will come up in your area. Let us know if that helps you see only crew cabs.
