Quick Sale
After putting my ad online which was very easy to do, my car sold in 3 days! Can't be any easier or simpler than that! I appreciate the hidden email address & getting forwarded the inquiries. Once I reviewed my cars value in Kelly Blue Book & Edmunds, it was easy to put in the right description to make teh ad shine!

Not perfect but is better than others.
Good, but could be more intuitive. When I change Make of vehicle, the next thing I want is Model, but I have to go past Mileage, Year, Inventory Type (really pointless!) and Specials to get to select Model. Then after you've selected a model and want to change model it's now on the very top, the list you just selected from below is now gone. I do like that it remembers your price range and zipcode when you return to look again.

Out of date contact info
When I use the "request more information" fields/form, I sometimes get out of date information. The seller's email is expired or something because I get a Mail Deliver Error from Gmail. I just got two kicked back emails out of three cars that I requested more information on. Just having their contact info would be ideal. Also, the formatting of the site, and the "request more information" seems sort of dated and obnoxious, it makes the site feel less reliable and as though I'm on a SPAM site.

An option
I was excited to use CarSoup based on the TV commercials but when it came to ease of use it was easy but had gaps in choices compared to other sites. After an hour I exited and went to another site. It took a few but I found a car site that was much better and helped me find the car I am buying. I do not recommend CarSoup unless you want to waste an hour of your life like I did.

Thank you for providing your feedback on your experience with CarSoup.com, and thank you for providing more details via email on your issue to one of our representatives. After we reached out to you individually we discovered that you were looking for the ability to filter by "L" for box length of a Lincoln Navigator pick up truck. We are glad that we were able to find a solution to your problem. On CarSoup.com the box length for that make and model of pick up trucks is called "trim" in the search filters. CarSoup.com has the filter listed this way to be consistent with the way the dealership names the vehicle on their website. However, we do apologize that this filter was not easy for you to find. This feedback is helpful for us to understand how to continue to make searching for vehicles as easy as possible on our website.
