Cars & BidsReviews of carsandbids.com

I listed my truck with them and paid the fee for the pro photo shoot. However, I cancel my listing and requested a refund of the fee. I have called several times and email their support, but no refund was sent. I never received a response to my calls or emails. Avoid this site all costs.

I had a fantastic experience selling my car on Cars & Bids. They provide professional photography services (at a fair price), a great auction experience, and impressive post-sale services (payment and title). I had a terrific auction result with very little effort needed on my part. Highly recommend!

Buyer beware. I purchased a vehicle on C&B and it was delivered with significant undisclosed mechanical issues that contradict the listing's representations—problems the seller had acknowledged before and after the sale. I'm pursuing this with the seller and under Texas law. But let me be direct: a platform that sells buyer confidence should stand behind it when a listing proves inaccurate. So far, that protection has been absent. Do your due diligence. Demand a pre-purchase inspection. Don't assume the auction has your back.

I had a 10/10 experience selling my vehicle on Cars & Bids. The UI to submit my vehicle for approval and getting all my ducks in a row to create the listing was easy to understand and follow. I never felt like I was in the dark and always knew what step we were on. Anytime I submitted something and the website said "our team is reviewing this and we'll get back to you shortly", I would get a response within a few hours during business hours hours and within a day if after hours. The ability to book a photographer through the website was so convenient especially since the photographer uploads the photos directly to C&B so I didn't have to. I was able to edit any wording or picture for my listing and felt like I had total control. The auction went as expected, and the post auction experience was intuitive as well. I used SafePay and it was excellent. Again, never felt like I was lost, always felt like I knew what step we were on and whose turn it was to take action. I highly recommend you give them a shot if you have an enthusiast car.

I had a great experience bidding and ultimately winning/purchasing a vehicle through Cars & Bids. The vehicle payment and transfer process through SafePay was also really great.

The smoothest selling experience I have ever had. And with Safepay, all risk was removed for both the seller and buyer.

Excellent place to sell vehicle very professional staff . They really care for buyers and sellers. They always reaching us by email or phone .It's one of the best auction platforms available on the market today. Thank you cars and bids .

Carsandbids sold me a car with a ton of undisclosed problems. They basically told me to screw off once I asked for any recourse. Do not buy a car from this website.
