The bid process was straightforward. The website is well laid out and easy to navigate. Even for non-bidders, it is fun to follow auctions and interact with other enthusiasts.

Chris M with the dealer intake time was diligent in working with me every step of the way as a seller, setting me up for success in my auction. If you have an enthusiast/ special interest car to sell. Look no further!

A great experience. Excellent support from the team and a really good after auction escrow process

Great experience with the site and support I received post auction. My only criticism is I wish Cars &Bids would handle the transaction as far as the money aspect. Kinda nerve racking wiring your hard earned money to a complete stranger with no guarantees other then their word. I would even be willing to pay a small fee for the transaction to run thru them.

Thank you, Andrew! We are so happy to hear that you had such a great experience on Cars & Bids, and appreciate your feedback about facilitating the transaction.

Great auction site, the process is easy, explained well, and customer support is good. Buyer beware though, there are some shady dealers who will leave out key flaws on vehicles they're flipping (which I'm sure is the case on any auction site really)
Response from Cars & BidsSep 30, 2024
Thank you for your review, Peter! Transparency in our listings is a key pillar of our business, and we take any and all misrepresentation by sellers seriously. If you have any examples of vehicles with hidden flaws, please let us know by emailing [email protected].

As a dealership, we have currently sold a dozen cars on Cars & Bids and have more in queue to run and purchased plenty more. When we did our first auction and had a hiccup with the buying party, Alexis was amazing at assisting us in the necessary steps to move forward and communicated every step of the way. The entire team feels human, unlike other sites where you feel you're talking to robots every step of the way. Our representative, Ryan H, has been nothing shy of incredible to work with. He is very quick to respond and is able to get ANYTHING we need in no time at all. The layout of auctions is great for getting the information you need quickly and effectively. The "Known Flaws" section is a personal favorite to eliminate any guessing on the condition of a vehicle. Its great to know right away what you are getting without surprise. As a repeat buyer and seller on Cars & Bids, I've always been very happy with the site and team! I can't recommend Cars & bids enough!
