I own the number one automotive company in the state of North Carolina and from time to time I sell cars too. I’ve been doing this for 30+ years and I am not about to have some AI generated morons tell me what I am going to sell my cars for. Further more to reject many of my listings because I refuse to take a loss on my cars is ridiculous. On top of that EVERY ONE of my listings were rejected because Bids and Cars DEMANDED I sell at a no reserve. As if that isn’t bad enough did you know as a buyer you will have to pay more than $1500 to the company Bids and Cars if you win? Did you know if you don’t pay them they will take the money out of your account without you knowing and claim they had a right to do so based on their terms and conditions? Yup that’s right. Steer clear of this scam site. Unless you enjoy having them tell you how you’re going to list your car, modify your listing based on what THEY believe your listing should look and sound like, don’t mind the high probability on taking a MASSIVE loss in profits because they DEMAND you do not set a reserve price…then we’ll by all means use em. Their customer service takes more than 24 hours to reply back and this has been consistently constant every time I’ve messaged them so don’t expect a fast reply. Even their chat bots take more than 24 hours. So screw Bids and Cars! I won’t ever use them again!

I initially had concerns about selling my car online through an auction, but am glad I chose to do so. The team at Cars and Bids was extremely flexible, transparent, and responsive throughout the entire process which equated to a quick sale at the week of my choosing. Chris M. was the lead for my listing. Chris demonstrated exceptional proficiency and professionalism throughout the entire process and remained in contact with me after the auction concluded to ensure the sale was finalized between myself and the buyer. I will be requesting Chris to oversee the listings of my additional sales in the future through Cars and Bids.

Awful website. Buyers don't pay if they don't like the price, sellers don't sell if they don't like the price, and it's up to the buyer and seller to do everything. What do you get for your 4.5%? Some nut like the community manager Zach that will ban you for no reason.

Loved how the seller was super detailed and had records on the car, also super helpful during the process definitely would read about the 4.5% of the car worth that is a separate transaction from the car purchase I know some people can’t read but other than that it was great def worth trying!
