Mark ~ Thank you for such positive response. You actually had a father/son team working on your order. Thomas was the young man that helped you choose the carpet for your runner and his dad, Ray installed it for you. Carpet One By Henry is proud to be a family owned company that has "families" in their employment. We appreciate your business - Enjoy your runner and we look forward to working with you again in the future. The staff at Carpet One By Henry

Gary ~ Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments. I love the word "meticulous" ~ that really is a great adjective for the installer that was on your job. He has been with us for years and he is extremely detailed and very particular about his installation crew's work. Henry Scott, our owner, founded on our company on quality installation over 40 years ago and he is a stickler on making sure our installation crews understand we expect the same or above service today. Thank you again and have a great weekend - Enjoy your new floor. The staff at Carpet One By Henry
