Cindy ~ I am so happy to hear that you would use us again. I would like to learn more about the confusion between ordering & installation. Henry Scott, our owner built this business based on his excellent installations and his great customer service. We try very hard today, to make working with our team both enjoyable & easy. Could you please give me a call at 336-379-1018 so we can talk more about your issues. We want to be able to improve our processes wherever we can. I really appreciate this information and I look forward to hearing from you. Teresa Ridge Sales & Marketing Director

Thank you so much for the 5-star review. We believe our remnant area is one of the best places to search for area rugs of any size. The fact that you can custom your pattern, color & size is something not offered by many other stores. Our owner, Henry Scott, came up with this idea many years ago. Today, it is an important part of our business. We are glad to hear you enjoyed buying from us. Enjoy your new rugs. The staff at Carpet One By Henry
