Linda ~ We really appreciate this 5-Star review and appreciate even more that we are your "one-stop" shop. Henry Scott, our owner has all of our team focused on offering a "WOW" experience to every customer that walks through our doors. He built this business on superior customer service and we try extremely hard to carry on that mantra today. Thank you for your business - Enjoy your floors. The staff at Carpet One By Henry

John ~ We really appreciate your vote of confidence. Our owner, Henry Scott, started this business over 40 years ago and built it based on his attention to detail and his superior customer service. Today, we try very hard to continue that mantra to help our business stand out from others. It is comments like yours that let let us know we are on the right track. Thank you for your business and enjoy your new floor. The staff at Carpet One By Henry

Dear satisfied customer ~ Thank you so much for the 5-star review and your comments. One of the great things about our team is the fact that we have about 19 installation crews that work with us. Our average installation team has been with us about 19 years and they are all great to work with and very flexible in terms of scheduling. We appreciate your business and we hope you enjoy your new floor. The team at Carpet One By Henry

Michael ~ Thank you so very much for the 5-star review. I specifically remember the carpet roll that came in from our vendor and was shocked to learn that it was delivered to us in that condition. Our team do not take things like this lightly and immediately jumped into action when it was discovered. Teamwork is one of the great things about our company - when you do business with us you have an Account Executive who can help you with product selection, a controller who processes your order and ensures that the quality is first rate, an installation group that works hard to meet deadlines and act quickly in situations like yours and warehouse people that make sure things are where they need to be situations like this arise. We certainly appreciate your business and your trust in us. Enjoy your new carpet. The team at Carpet One By Henry
