Unterirdischer Kundenservice! Mir wurde ein falsches Produkt geliefert, was ich über den Kundenservice gemeldet habe. Es wurden Fotos angefordert, welche ich auch eingereicht habe. Seit dem, werde ich mit automatischen Mails abgespeist und CH scheint kein Interesse an einer Lösung zu haben. Die B2C Beziehung ist fast am Ende.
