Ordered a quilt as gift for my son who opted for the cash instead of the quilt. Cariloha does not have an option, of any sort, for paid or discounted return shipping. It's going to cost me $65 to return the quilt. Bad customer service!

I give them a 2* because hubby loves their socks. Our sheets went into the closet after one-time use. They were too big for the bed and a wrinkled mess. Here's why I will NEVER order from them again. I put in an order May 1st, it's now May 17th. I get several spam emails a day, not ONE telling me where my order is or when it can be expected. I've contacted the company's customer service with no reply. The tracking number that they gave me when the order "shipped" on May 5 says the number "can't be found." Jiggity business and my last order.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Cariloha for years, starting with purchases at their Lahaina Maui store and continuing at their Carmel location. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been very disappointing. A hand towel I purchased began unraveling, and when I reached out to customer service with a photo, the response focused strictly on their one-year warranty and requiring a receipt—offering no flexibility or goodwill. This wasn’t about the cost of a towel. It was an opportunity for the company to stand behind their product and take care of a repeat customer. Instead, they chose policy over customer loyalty. Because of this, I won’t be purchasing from Cariloha again, and I would caution others to consider how the company handles issues like this before buying.

I'm a past consumer. I started buying my Sheets,Towels 2010 Really loved the sheets I have at least 12 Sets , Just really upset you are now having them made in China my last set I ordered was from China and I hate them! When you decide to having them made in Turkey I will start purchasing again . I will be looking for a company that has them in Turkey! They are a better quality made in Turkey!!

I just had a wonderful customer service experience at Cariloha. I received the wrong size sheets, I called, and the rep sent me a prepaid shipping label to send back the wrong order. The size I originally ordered is on it's way!

I purchased my first Cariloha sheets in 2015 and loved them. Over the next few years, I bought several sets. I bought the last ones in 2019. They were terrible! They wrinkled so badly they needed to be ironed. The color had changed and the size had reduced. I complained, especially about the wrinkles but was told that "wrinkling like that is not typically accepted by my return team for a warranty claim". Customer service suggested I iron them. Outrageous! After all this time, I still feel like I was swindled. I now buy sheets from Costco and love them. They cost about half the amount and are wonderful quality.

Cariloha sheets are very soft, BUT the flat sheet shrinks in size considerably after just a couple of washings ... even using cold water when washing and an ultra-low dryer setting. I had purchased a set of queen size sheets and was so impressed by their softness that I ordered a second set to replace the first set when needed. I have had the same shrinkage experience with the flat sheet in both sets of sheets. A flat sheet having a post-shrinkage width of 86" at the top and 82" at the bottom does not allow for a comfortable sleep! Unfortunately it is not possible to order the flat sheet, fitted sheet and pillowcases separately in order to accommodate this issue.

The bottom sheet literally shredded after about 18 months. These sheets only have a 1-year warranty. I've had sheets that cost much less that have lasted longer!
