We really like their sheets, however their delivery with UniUni and customer service is terrible. UniUni said they have attempted to deliver multiple times (they didn't), and all Cariloha said they can do is wait until it is sent back and then we have to call for redelivery. Pretty poor service when you spend $749 for sheets.

Purchased Cariloha Bamboo Sheets in January of 2025 and we used them for 1.5 years. We carefully followed washing/drying instructions and they have already worn a large hole in the fitted sheet. Warranty is for 12 months. Sheets were marketed as being very cool for better sleep but the bamboo fabric was ultra thin and didn’t last long. Save your money and buy your sheets from Costco.

Purchased the retreat bedset, complete with pillows and sheets, while on a cruise to Mexico. The items were delivered pretty quickly, however the bedframe came with visible damage to the box. I didnt see any damage to the bedframe so I accepted the delivery from FedEx. Once the box was opened I discovered there were a couple smalls holes in the fabric of the bedtime. I called customer service and they refused to exchange the bedframe for an undamaged one. Terrible customer service for someone who just spend $6000 on a bedset. Do your research before you buy from them. They will not accept returns on the bedframe if the box is opened. My wife has wanted this bedset for 2 years and I was finally able to afford to get it for her. What was supposed to be a desirable purchase for my wife has turned into buyers remorse. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again. I wish I could send everything back and give them zero stars because 1 star is giving them too much.

They refuse to take a return on three brand new products they sold which were undersized their clothes are way undersized and their customer service

I have my original set of sheets purchased 20 years ago still in use. I thought it a good idea to purchase another set. First ones green, second set steel blue. In less than 8 months they have worn a hole where my feet are? I called and they have a one year warranty. Since I call after a one purchase date they will do nothing to return or replace the fitted sheet. They offered me a 30 % discount to buy a new set. Why would I buy something of such poor quality? Quality is no longer a priority for Cariloha. Stop buying their sheets and they will have to do something!

I bought a t shirt in maui store and tried to exchange it for a larger size the next day and they refused to do it. Horrible exchange policy. Bought a shirt every year i came but never again.

Ordered a quilt as gift for my son who opted for the cash instead of the quilt. Cariloha does not have an option, of any sort, for paid or discounted return shipping. It's going to cost me $65 to return the quilt. Bad customer service!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Cariloha for years, starting with purchases at their Lahaina Maui store and continuing at their Carmel location. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been very disappointing. A hand towel I purchased began unraveling, and when I reached out to customer service with a photo, the response focused strictly on their one-year warranty and requiring a receipt—offering no flexibility or goodwill. This wasn’t about the cost of a towel. It was an opportunity for the company to stand behind their product and take care of a repeat customer. Instead, they chose policy over customer loyalty. Because of this, I won’t be purchasing from Cariloha again, and I would caution others to consider how the company handles issues like this before buying.
