Generous way….
Thank you very much for this generous way to handle my purchase. As I shared with the agent I spoke with, my father is 250 pounds and has progressive Supra nuclear palsey (psp for short). He is in a wheelchair fulltime and does not have sufficient use of his vocals so communication is difficult, if not impossible. My mother is 81 as his primary care provider. This toilet seat will be a great thing for them however the plastic prawns that hold it on the toilet will not be suitable for someone who slams down during the transfer. Should you/ product producer ever update or the product to have screws like a traditional seat, I will try that. But for now, I could not use this one as a test. I will ask around and find someone who may use this product where the transfer is more smooth. The wait and any inpatients that I shared has disappeared and appreciate this generous way of handling this return.
