My initial order was split into 2 deliveries. The second delivery was marked received, but I had not received it. I contacted Carewell. My concern was address immediately and with compassion. Adriana reached out and assured me that a replacement order would be sent right away. Within 2 days, my remaining order was at my door. In the meantime, I received emails assuring me that my order would arrive promptly. I’m very impressed and grateful that as a customer with a small order, my concern was met with respect and attention. High marks all around for Carewell products and employees.

My order is always correct and on time. I have some items on auto refill and love that I get an email reminding me of when my items will ship and giving me the option to change it. Wouldn't think of ordering anywhere else!
