I ordered adult swim diapers from Carewell.com When my package arrived, I noticed I had bought the wrong size. I called customer service in the evening, after what I thought would be business hours and someone answered the phone. This person asked me how they could assist me and I explained that I had ordered the wrong size of swim diapers by mistake, fully expecting to hear that I was either stuck with them or that I could exchange him but I would have to pay for the return shipping. This individual helped me so much. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and helped me navigate not only getting a free shipping label so I could send the wrong diapers, but purchase new diapers and get them on autoship. I was really pleased with the help that I received. I was actually listened to unlike another diaper company where they tried to push their products on me, products that I didn't need. I felt heard and I definitely was helped.

I just could tell that Crystal knew her stuff she exactly what product I was talking about. She could access my old orders much better than I am able to because I’m not real tech and I have a hand problem. It’s done ordering in five minutes
