Amazing Customer Service
Upon receiving my second order, my laundry detergent was completed bust open. I emailed Carewell to let them know my concern, and was quickly emailed back. The rep informed me they were sending me out another bottle of detergent! I will definitely continue to shop with Carewell:)

Super company to work with
Super company to work with. I've been using Carewell for about 3 years to ship incontinence products cross-country to my Mom. There was a hiccup in the most recent shipment (2 pkgs shipped vs 2 cases). It was almost 3 weeks before the error was realized & confirmed since I'm not there to verify what was received. The great staff at Carewell never challenged the mix up and quickly remedied the situation but shipping out the full original order. So refreshing to work with a company like this.

I think Carewell is a great company for me. They always send packages on time. Whenever I wanted to change anything it was done right away. The representatives were always very nice and really helpful. It is a great pleasure to have deal with them.
