This company is one that goes above and beyond I had a delivery lost and they were so kind. The customer service agent was very friendly and helpful with all the choices out there I wanted you to know that this is the one to choose I have a terminal illness and I have tried lots of other companies until I found this one and I highly recommend and appreciate this company I am not getting any thing for writing this it’s not a fake review I am telling you this company knows what customer service is and they are always willing to help you.

The woman I spoke with was absolutely AMAZING! She went above and beyond for me and made sure I got what needed and was so friendly and patient with me, I wish I could remember her name so I could tell everyone her name, but she was fantastic!!!

I have used CareWell has I take care of my dad needs. There has been times where I need to get stuff out to me and they made sure I got it within 2 days The customer service dept is the best they understand what is going on and they are always happy to help and set you at ease when you are panicking They are really a God sent.
