The layout of the website is very user-friendly. When looking at the product line, the prices were fair and the selection was great. There were multiple options, allowing me to pick a very specific size/durability level that I needed. The quality of the products I received is outstanding. I also worked with customer service regarding an issue I had with the shipment. My concern was handled promptly. Great company to work with.

I love getting my auto ship orders from Carewell. In my opinion, and from my experience. They strive to make it right if something in an order is wrong. Or you get a wrong item in your autoship order. That isn’t the right item. Or, you get an item that turned out to be out of stock. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is caring for a loved one. Or, that has special-needs themselves, and is independent in taking care of themselves.

The products are excellent. I’ve used pull-ups, 15” pads, 2 kinds of bed pads, the Acorn “ diaper pail” with refill liners. Customer service: every single person I’ve called with a question has been kind, willing to help however they can and they deliver. The quality in every aspect is unexpected, and so appreciated.

I have utilized Carewell for Mom since 8/2021 thru present, Dec 2023. I am very much appreciative of the services Carewell provided, that includes the Supplies and the Caregiver’s education material. Each time I reached out to Carewell regarding supplies for Mom, the Customer Service was excellent! The supplies were always delivered in warp speed. There are advantages to Autoship, including discounts and reminders. Autoship kept me from accidentally letting Mom run out of needed supplies. Carewell sends you a text reminder of your Autoship Delivery 3-Days before shipment is dispatched. The text has an option to “MODIFY” order just in case you wish to change or delete one of the items, or add an additional item(s) for shipment. If you select ’Modify’ there is a quick link immediately texted to you to allow you to do so. I loved that it was always easy to reach a human customer service rep in the event the automated system did not provide enough assistance. I definitely give Carewell 5 🌟!
