I ordered first time with promo code First 10, which said spend over $50. and get $10. Off your first order. That’s a scam! That allowed them to charge for what was free shipping. As soon as I put my credit card in, the price jumped to 3 cents off my order. I talked to their customer service and she was willing to give me a $10.credit on my NEXT ORDER! I told them there would never be a 2nd order. They were a scam company!

Wrong mouthpiece sent with this order. I talked with someone concerning this mess but I still haven't received the correct item please advise

I have ordered hundreds of dollars worth of items. Order another 90+ dollar group of pads and got an email saying they were unavailable until July 15. I had pre paid so emailed customer service about whether I will get them then or get money back now and they said the order was delivered today, noooooooo that was the second order to replace the first. Getting nowhere

Horrible company. I ordered a product never opened it and requested to return it. I was told they would send me a return Label via email. Did not receive it. Contact the company said it has to come from the warehouse. Still didn’t receive it contacted company again said it usually doesn’t take this long they’ll check into it. No label received contact the company again said will check into it. Did not receive the label. Called company was told label was sent to me via email. I asked what date at first they said it was sent and then they said it it wasn’t sent. Said a supervisor would call me back within 15 minutes. No call received. Obviously this company does not want to give your money back even though I return request as well within the 30 day time limit to get a full refund.

I'm still waiting for my Walker I have not received it yet so how can I tell you what I experience and I have not received my Walker it should have been here something's wrong

For the past few weeks, I've been trying to communicate with Carewell Support from my email, but they've has never been responding back to me in none of my email. I even tried calling them today, but they didn't pick up my phone call today. I know, I haven't brought nothing from their website.
