I called them to place an order and the woman who answered was very kind-- she took my order and we had to straighten out my address--I moved from TN to CT. So she fixed that. Very pleasant-I asked her to set me up on auto-delivery. Very happy with Carewell-even when I lived in TN. Delivery is always fast.

My grandson is 6 years old and autistic, we have had a hard time finding diapers to fit him for this age group. I stumbled across a package that worked great ! Called the number on the package and was referred to care well ! The first order was hassle free !! And they were delivered the next day !! Second call, just placed, man was very nice, had my info, and again hassle free !! They should be here tomorrow ❤️ so very thankful for this service ❤️
