We were very impressed with the type of customer service provided by the representative of Care Well. I called to cancel our Recurring product shipment. When Biba learned that we were canceling the order because our loved mother had passed away. She immediately gave us her condolences, and gave us credit for the upcoming order which was already in transit and then told us that we didn't even have to worry about returning the product. Now, this is really showing genuine sympathy and care. Thank you CareWell! One less thing we have to worry about during this difficult time. Bless you!

Very prompt deliveries. Ever since COVID I am no longer able to find products I need locally. So I have to drive an hour to a larger city in order to get what I need. I am not in a position to find someone to sit with my family member for three hours at a time when I am running low on supplies, so having them delivered within a couple of days has been a blessing for me. I have been using Carewell since sometime at the end of 2021 or beginning of 2022, I have been very satisfied with their service and products.
