Two days ago, I placed a phone order, and was told that it would likely arrive today or tomorrow. I checked today on my order status, and saw that it hasn't shipped yet. Therefore, I called in, and the representative said that he'd check into it and call me back with the status. I expected the former, but was very pleasantly surprised with the latter. Thank you.
