CarewellReviews of carewell.com

The price was good and shipping was faster than expected. I received a handwritten note a few weeks later checking in. Great customer service!

I had been searching for a product now very difficult to find. If it does come up in the search it is priced ridiculously high. I found something very similar on Carewell and it has excellent reviews on the site. It also has a great price point. I called Carewell and the customer service representative was very helpful and courteous. She placed my order for me which I greatly appreciated. The product arrived quickly. It is an excellent product priced very well. I will continue to purchase it through Carewell. Thank you Carewell! Alicia!

Carewell has the goods I need, and their customer service is terrific. My orders come on time, and I feel free to adjust my order each month as our needs change.

What makes this company great is the customer service people actually seem to care and will spend the time on the phone with you to find the right product. There’s no feeling of being rushed, just a sincere effort to provide you with the best product for your situation. This is the third time I have used customer service and every time it has been the same type of experience. I find their pricing is commensurate with other companies including Amazon. But what makes a real difference from other incontinent supply companies is there low minimum for free freight; only $49 and they provide customer service 24/7 which is a blessing to people who work 8 to 5. I do wish they had a true overnight diaper akin to the Mega Max from a competitor.

Thank you for giving me opportunity to give feedback for Asaa on Carewell. Asaa is great! She listened to my concerns and helped me made the right choices for my family. She was very caring and very informed.

The service was fast and ordering online was easy. I even had a $10 coupon wich was appreciated. I had a problem with FedEx delivered to neighbors house by mistake. I called and Kelly took great care of the issue and said if it wasnt there they'd send another order out right away. I'm grateful for the service and care they took of my order.

This company seems honest and fair. I found what I was looking for easily. Incontinence supplies! and antimicrobial colloidal silver infused cloth to aid wound healing and prevent infection. .

Michelle, the Carewell representative , was courteous, knowledgeable, empathetic, patient, caring, and helpful in putting together an adult appropriate diaper product that will allow me to function with dignity in my activities of daily living. The Company should be proud to have a representative like Michelle representing them and their products.
