Customer service is outstanding. I called about a possible cancellation and they told me I can place a sign to refuse delivery or if they do deliver they would give me a pre paid return label.

It is very easy to order from. You can set up auto ship to make it easy on yourself. With a click of a button,you can change the quantity, date of ship or even skip order. Customer support are very friendly, polite,helpful and knowledgeable. If the representative doesn't know your answer they will immediately find out for you. If you get the wrong size in a brief it is so easy to return that item. I just can't think of another company I would rather do business with than carewell. I am the care giver of my husband and doing business with carewell makes my life easier. I would really recommend you give them a try.

I was very flustered and when I called and asked for help I was not happy, so I left a note explaining my troubles. Within a few minutes a different person called and took care of everything.
