Great customer service. Some products used from this site may be unfamiliar to customers. Customer service is essential. They were helpful, patient, and friendly. That on top of a wide selection of products at great prices. I highly recommend this company

I called late Friday afternoon to place an order. I was advised my order would arrive on Monday or Tuesday which was acceptable. I was surprised to be notified on Friday evening that my order had shipped. Saturday morning I was notified that my order was out for delivery. Less than 24 hours had passed between placing the order and having it in my hands. The shipping cost is always reasonable and the associates friendly.

I've been doing business with Carewell for years and never had a bad experience. There customer service is exceptional. There are times when I've needed to change dates on my autistics and they accommodate me gladly. I love dealing with this company.

I often have trouble finding the specific products for my grandson and have found that Carewell carries most at better prices than I’ve found on other sites. Their service is excellent.
