We have had good service at reasonable prices from Carewell and relatively quick shipping. Recently UPS misdelivered (we didn't receive it!) an important shipment of supplies for my mom. Otherwise I'd have given 5 stars. I called Carewell and they sent a replacement immediately. Much appreciated.

Good company and very helpful customer service

What Carewell promises it delivers on time and order items are in good shape. Customer services are friendly and knowledgeable, easily accessible. New development and difficulties: My last experience (1/11/2023) tells me that I had to way in line (you are #8 in line) for sometimes. The option is to press #1 and an agent will call you back. When I got the call back (in 10 min.) and asked why there is a long line now, something that did not happen before, the answer is not a shortage of staff but there are too many customers. I am glad that Carewell is doing well and the business is booming. But can you solve the problem of waiting in line for a long time? Call back is fine, but sometimes I have to leave the house for other businesses and would miss the call back. 2. My autoship did not come on the day promised: Carewell could not charge the credit card on file My suggestion: if Carewell cannot charge the card on file, please send us an email or give us a call instead of holding the delivery. Besides these hickups, I am satisfied with Carewell products and the help of its efficient staff (when I can get to them) and the discount for regular customers using autoship. Will I recommend Carewell to friends and family? Yes it's still good if it can solve these problems.

Their customer service is exemplary. As a caregiver of a elderly parent with different issues, they understand my questions and needs. Delivery of products is timely. Finding this company has been a godsend for me. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

I know that in this time lost of people are coming down with diabetes. This is the reason why choose this category. I myself was a diabetic at one time in my life? I am still diabetic they say one you have diabetes you will away have it? Today my suger run a little on the up side.

Purchases were easy. Returns easy however fed ex Carewell primary carrier unreliable. I live in rural area and had to drive an hour to drop off return. Fed ex failed to pickup. Carewell however very reliable.
