CarewellReviews of carewell.com

My family and I are so happy with the products we purchased for my mom (Thick & Easy Thickened juices and water) and customer service was EXCELLENT.

Great customer service. All orders are good and delivered on time. Over all, great family-owned health supplies company.

Quality products, excellent prices, fast delivery! Ended up having to return one unopened box - no questions asked! Received a return label and dropped it at the UPS Store on the 5th; got a credit on my account on the 8th. Super customer service! Definitely recommend.

I use Carewell because I can order on-line decreetly and if I need to change my order, which I have had to do, they make it so easy, their Customer Service has been Awesome !! I highly recc omend them !

I was using another company and they kept raising prices every month when I ordered, so I enrolled in their subscription service…then my items were always out of stock. I tried several companies. I went searching for another company which had my desired products …Carewell stood out & became my GOLD standard. Prices are stable, stock has always been available when my subscription ship date arrived. Customer service is phenomenal ! Carewell is an all around awesome company, they have relieved all my stress in securing products during these times of logistical upheavals.

I order products for my cousin. We have been totally pleased with the service. Employees are very willing to help in many ways. Thanks.
