I usually don't write a review. But carewell company is so great which sets it apart with the rest peer. Recently my father's incontinence issue is getting worse. I started to try all different kind of products on different websites, and carewell.com is one of these websites. I bought different products on different websites. Also I have called different websites to discuss with their customer services to try to find a solution. So far I have the best experience with carewell.com. Carewell.com's customer service representatives are very professional and familiar the products. They are able to analysis my problem and set up approaching method to address it. Three things are very impressed to me. First, their phone system knows my name based on my previous purchase. I don't need to tell them who I am over and over again. Second, the customer service can quickly analysis my issue based on my past purchase history. They will offer the solution even several steps ahead to my realization. Third, the customer service representatives are eager to help and very knowledgeable. They can find the root cause and solution quickly without consulting other colleagues. Overall I am a happy customer.

On the recent order of urinary leg bags that I recd I found a defect on 2 of the 5 bags I recd. I called and spoke to DeAijha who listened to my explanation and she understood and immediately sent me a replacement order free of charge. I appreciate that and appreciate her kind understanding. I have used this company several times ,i.n 16 months orders delivered always Earlier than stated most of we're literally next day,not joking even last Christmas got in 2 days ,wow ,right now my product not in stock ,first time this happened, I trust fully of my information protected ,yes I will be back for reordered product

Carewell is an EXCELLENT company! They have the products I need at GREAT prices and delivery! Customer service is EXCEPTIONAL! I have found a FANTASTIC resource for my needs. My last order required a question so I called customer service on a Sunday and got a callback IMMEDIATELY!

Carewell was mentioned in one of my Caregivers Support Groups and so glad to find them. They are a company that provides supplies to assist caregivers but they also provide Care! They care about me and the loved one I care for!

After inadvertently ordering the incorrect size of adult diapers for my elderly father, Carewell not only provided a return label but processed a replacement order with correct size that was delivered the next day! They are always professional and prompt with service - you rarely come across a company that provides such consistently great customer service!
