My mother needs round the clock care and regular delivery of supplies is required. Carewell is a wonderful company to deal with. Anytime I need to place or add to an existing order, I call instead of handling it online. If their lines are busy, they will offer to call me back when an associate is available. Associates are all so very friendly and always able to help by placing or editing orders, or by answering questions or making suggestions depending on my needs. They are easy to understand and sound like they are actually smiling…every time! There is honestly nothing better than dealing with someone one-on-one because I know exactly what I will be receiving. Shipments are usually sent out the same day and arrive within two or three days. Hear that, Amazon? Prices might be a little more than Walmart but I know I will be getting what is needed on time and on a regular basis. I can depend on them, and that is so important when you want the best for your parent. Can you tell that I’m impressed? Carewell will always get top ratings from me. I know I can depend on them. This company has got their game together and I would not consider dealing with anyone else.

I ordered a few boxes of Ensure to be delivered in CA for my mom who is going thru chemo and all her stomach can take is Ensure. I’m in TX. Wasn’t sure if all boxes would be delivered in one shipping or several..not sure I understood delivery notification. I called Carewell and rep was very professional and knowledgeable. She confirmed mom would get her Ensure all in one delivery which is what I was hoping for! First time customer and highly recommend! Thank you.
