I’ve done shopping on my own(Which is very easy to navigate), I’ve had to do a refund which also went very smooth( No one’s fault underpads just didn’t absorb enough. My experience was excellent when I was unable to change my order online and I called an left a message and someone got back with me in a timely manner. Then the customer service rep was truly nice and very helpful.

The Carewell team definitely cares about their customers. The prices on the products are reasonably priced and they have extremely prompt shipping on orders. The followup communication is also very much appreciated.

I placed an order for 4 items on Monday, and received them at my door on Wednesday! They were packaged very well, and I did not expect the order to even be processed by Wednesday, much less delivered; since it’s the week of Christmas. You cannot beat that! I’m a customer for life at this point. Awesome customer service is hard to come by these days, but Carewell has it down pat!
