CarewellReviews of carewell.com

This was my first time making a purchase with Carewell and Rosa was a great help with this experience. I was having an issue and she was able to assist me quickly and without a problem. She also gave me some pointers for future reference. I will definitely be sure to use them in the future. Great Customer service!

Snappy and kind customer service that helped me deal with a mistake that I made. Great overall experience!

Best experience for ordering merchandise. I actually talked to a person NOT a robot. Highly recommend to anyone to order to this company. Very helpful, knowledgeable and to the prompt. Job well done!

Needed to modify Autoship items & delivery - was GREAT to get a live person who was VERY attentive, well spoken, knowledgeable, pleasant, and quick in doing this for me! Thank you & God bless

Easy website to navigate and locate what I was looking to buy. Easy to place an order, very reasonable prices, once ordered placed delivery of purchase was excellent. Highly recommend your website to anyone in need of the supplies and or equipment you provide.

Carewell is my new go to spot for my family and client healthcare needs. They are compassionate and professional. They always go above and beyond when help is needed and you can actually talk to a person instead of an automated service which we all know is frustrating, so 5+ Stars all around!

Did not have good connection, did not have stock number for the one product I had in cart did not have other in cart. when the internet dropped completely Laura grabbed the ball and completed my order in record time. She is a KEEPER!!

I needed to change payment options. And remove auto delivery items. Customer service was very knowledgeable.in both areas.
