I had a wonderful experience interacting with your customer service representative, Moiya. She was personal in demeanor and prompt and professional otherwise. She was attentive and assisted me in selecting the best products to meet my personal needs. Your company excels in excellence in terms of your products and customer service support. I am a satisfied customer that will gladly continue to support your business. 😊

The carewell nurse kindly supplied some samples for the best fit for my loved one. I bought a case and they are working better than her previous “underwear.” Customer service was efficient at helping with an automatic monthly order. Very happy!

Excellent customer service very attentive to my needs-fast delivery of items and good product's, the only thing my gloves are very stiff, being a caregiver I like soft gloves they are thick and which I love just a little stiff,5 star service

My experiences with this company have always been professional with employees able to answer my questions knowing full well what they were talking about. Issues that are delicate are handled with sensitivity and respect. My gap in technology is treated kindly so ordering isn't as frustrating as happens so often. A spinoff money making plan would be to clone this group and rent them out.

Adriana from Carewell health products is really an amazing, excellent, knowledgeable sales person. Very concerned about details and beyond the care of any other customer service agents. Pleasure to deal with her. Management should notice her efforts. Thanks Adriana!
