CarewellReviews of carewell.com

Extra special customer service. Very friendly but professional. Honest and patient. By telling me another customer’s testimonial about the product I wanted to purchase also helped me in my decision making. I plan on trying the product to help heal wounds and will be a repeat customer upon results. I am always looking for a natural product that is time-tested.The Ancient Egyptians knew a lot about the uses of honey and it was revered even then.

My mother is 90 yrs old. So naturally she has dentures. She has been using the same denture tooth paste ever since she got dentures years ago. Well all of a sudden it got discontinued. I couldn't find it anywhere. Luckily i came across CAREWELL.COM. They have it and i can have it shipped automatically on a regular basis. Thank God for them. My mom is happy and im happy. Making my mother happy while she's still here is what I'm here for. Thank you Carewell very much.

I originally started buying overnight diapers for my grandson when the local stores did not carry his size due to his age and weight. I was so pleased with their product I began purchasing incontinence products for my dad. They offer a wide selection, quality products with good pricing. Plus their customer service is outstanding. Whenever I had to contact their customer service, I was always able to speak directly to someone and never placed on hold for an extended period of time.

This was my first order with Carewell. I had a specific request after I made my order and the customer service team went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of. Unexpected and very unusual in business these days. They are good people!

Carewell's customer service is exceptional. Every time I have called them, I have never been on hold for long and each person I spoke with handled my issues with kindness and promptly dealt my changes. I will use this company going forward and would whole heartedly recommend them.
