Professional, clear communication and pleasant customer service

The ordering process was easy. Products were in stock, and shipped quickly. Everything arrived in excellent condition, and updates were easy to find for the order. Plenty of HSA eligible items in stock, making it easy to obtain PPE for me during COVID pandemic. Finally, there was a "Welcome" email from the president of the company that felt genuine even though it is a "form" email.

Care Well is an amazing company with great prices and personal attention to service! I am so happy I changed from a different website for our medical supply needs! I highly recommend Care Well!

Amazing experience with their customer service! One of the products we purchased from Carewell a few months ago started having mechanical issues. I didn’t think we were within the return window but I thought I’d reach out anyway. A customer service rep (Sonya) responded almost immediately notifying me that they would be sending me a replacement product. No questions asked. *mindblown* I do a lot of online shopping and I have not experienced such great CS! Don’t hesitate to purchase from Carewell!
