I had been looking for a 3 Wheel Rollator, when I just happened onto the Carewell company during a Google search. My Insurance agent and I had talked about what it would take to purchase something outside of my HMO, since no one wants to work with Medicare. I had finally went with Carewell not just for the great pricing but the Customer service is one of the best I have worked with. Their catalog is full of every day items and they have an auto ship program. Check them out, I highly recommend them.

Excellent company. First experience with an elderly parent. The customer service was outstanding. Very knowledgeable about all the products. When I had to make a return they made it so easy. Prices are great shipping is very quick.

I ordered a nebulizer for my sister when she was ill with covid. They kept me informed of my order status including shipping information and even sent me a personal thank you for my order via email from the owner! I recieved my order in record time and it was a quality product and was very inexpensive. Thank you Carewell!

Although my Fed Ex delivery from Carewell was reported to have arrived at my location, the package for some reason did not make it to me. I contacted Carewell explained my dilemma, and was told a replacement order would be sent to me. How many companies would go the extra mile to satisfy a customer through no fault of their own. Carewell cared well-enough to keep me as a customer.
