CarewellReviews of carewell.com

I switched to Carewell last year, after buying on Amazon the past 3 years. Prices were outrageous, too many vendors, little customer service, if any. I found Carewell on a banner ad after a google search for a product, and am I ever grateful!!! Carewell carries the finest products at the best prices! It truly helps caregivers provide the best for their loved ones, at the best prices anywhere. Carewell customer service is a phone call or email away, and the service is outstanding! We buy adult pullups, disposable protection pads, washable protection pads, skin care and perineal cleansing products, and much more for our 95 year old disabled family member. Carewell products and customer service truly makes my job easier and improves our family members quality of life. I won't shop anywhere else. 💖

My partner had terminal cancer and had suddenly taken a turn for the worse on Sunday morning. I was unable to get him out of bed or clean, turn and take care of him by myself. I had not made any arrangements with a home health agency as I had been able to take care of him up to that point. I went into a semi-panic mode trying to find some help, realizing it wasn’t very likely on a Sunday. I made several on-line inquiries that day, but only Carewell called me back the same day. The woman I spoke with was very sympathetic and apologetic that they could not assist me that day but she set me up with a local home health agency who was able to come out and help the following day. I was at my rope’s end, and am so grateful they came to the rescue. My partner died five days later, but at least he was able to remain at home thanks to the home health agency referred by Carewell.

It only took a couple of minutes to have auto ship discontinued. Sean was very polite and helpful. I would give him a A+. Thank you Char

I called in to Carewell because I needed help with my order and Shelby was the nice lady I spoke with she knew exactly what I wanted and was very professional and courteous to me and my needs and I’ll be back again thanks to friendly staff like Shelby once again thanks customer Edward Roque

Great site. Great support. Great prices.

Farewell cares about their customers. They make ever effort to accommodate your needs. And they do it in a friendly manner. I have referred others to Carewell.

An exceptional customer experience. I was referred to Carewell by a local KC supplier. My call was received by Diana. She graciously and diligently searched for the specific walker that I needed. She presented several options and then patiently helped me select the walker I needed. She explained and assisted me thru the purchase process. Now just waiting on the arrival of the walker. Diana, thank you! You're awesome. Blessings! Darrell Alley

We have used Carewell for a couple of years now for my mother's needs. The prices beat local retail stores, delivery is fast and customer service if you need to call in is excellent.
