CarewellReviews of carewell.com

Once again, I am pleased with the level of service that Carewell, representatives provide. When ordering, the experience is always pleasant, and non coercive. Lastly, the products that are offered, are high in quality, and low in prices, and that's what keeps me coming back !

Always a great experience talking with the folks at Carewell. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful! And the price of the products are usually the most reasonable I have found!

They are very kind & helpful when you need to know which kind will best suit my needs,& willingly to speak to you on telephone instead of speaking to computers that is very friendly

I had purchased a case of Instant hot packs along with another item. When squeezing the hot pack to initiate the heat it would not initialize. This happened with quite a number of them. When i was able to Initialize some of them they were really hot and lasted for a long long time which was great. The packs were very large making it a better experience. However I called carewell and explained the situation and the representative was wonderful and said she would send me a new case and I would receive it in approximately two days. Thank you Carewell for your quick and courteous response. I will order more products from Carewell because they are a legit company whose service is outstanding.
