I have ordered from Carewell for several years for one of my residents. I always call to place my order. First I called because my password was always wrong and it was just easier. But, then it was always so pleasant to speak with one of the customer service folks. Every single time I've called over the years, they have been so personable and friendly and we always end up chit chatting about something! This is the company doing something right!! I tell everyone to order from them!!!

Carewell provided the quickest and best customer service I've ever received! They responded within only a few minutes after I sent my e-mail regarding a delivery issue and let me know they were taking care of it immediately. Not long after, I got a confirmation e-mail and before the end of the day I received a tracking number. I highly recommend Carewell as a great business and it's right here in the U.S.!
