I am a new customer to this company however in the past 30 days I have been pleasantly surprised. There was a screwup in the shipping address for my products and after calling and speaking to a representative, it was immediately fixed and my money was refunded. If you’re having any reservations about using this company for your medical needs, don’t. I love that it’s run by a husband and wife team and it is very user-friendly. This company is amazing

Yesterday when I called carewell, I needed to change my automatic delivery date. During this phone call I received another call from my surgeon which I needed to take. The lady I was speaking with at Carewell was placed on hold, And I took the other call. My other call took quite a bit longer than expected, and when I went back to the line the Carewell people had hang up the phone, which I completely understood. When I called Carwell back I found out that not only had they taken care of the new shipping date, she had also taken care of canceling the advance shipping dates and reworked for a new 60 day plan. This kind of service is pretty much unheard of anymore. I am so glad to hear Care will still believes in treating the customer properly. It is a pleasure to do business with them!

I was very satisfied with my experience. The girl that helped me was Shelby and she was wonderful! She helped me find a product and I can't wait to get it.

Jaylin helped me with a return. I was not able to locate my paperwork at home. It was refreshing to speak to a customer representative who was able to pull up all my orders. She was able to see when the last ime I ordered Gloves.she explained the return policy. I was so happy the case could still be returned. No restock or shipping. Carewell has trained their employees well.

I found myself in need of some home medical equipment. I contacted Carewell on their 855 number. I spoke with a young lady named Jazmine and her service was quick, thoughtful, and very helpful. If you find yourself in need of home medical equipment, I recommend Carewell very highly and I will absolutely use them again!!!!!
