Carewell offers a wide variety of products and shipping is very quick. As I am a caregiver to my husband (who is a disabled Veteran), I needed to find a company that offered products to suit his needs. Carewell is that company! In addition to providing great products and customer service, Carewell's team is supportive and compassionate.

I ordered a box of Tranquility Depends for my mother thinking that they were the same quality as of AbriFlex. It was not. I did call right away and explained what happened. The customer service representative was superb in helping me to get what I needed. He understood my situation and proceeded to help to get the best service for my mother.

I got the best price at Carewell by purchasing in volume and combining that with a subscription discount. The products I ordered several times were shipped promptly and delivered on time. They handled my screw-ups well. I was able to call and correct an online order. I was able to return an unopened order because of an unforeseen change in product needs. The Carewell staff was very understanding. What I like about Carewell is that people answer the phone. There was a bit of a delay in getting a response from the returns department, but a follow-up email remedied that. I would do business with them again and feel good enough about them to let others know about my positive experiences.

Speaking to Jaylin was easy, and she put me at ease immediately. She was absolutely positively kind, professional, and funny. She explained how I could fix my situation, and then helped me with making a new order so the product that we needed would get here quick. Thank you so much again!!
