I've made several purchases from Carewell. Everything seems to come out really well. Even though I just had a problem with a case walkers, the resolution is underway. The customer service representative was very kind, courteous, and understanding. She had a good knowledge of my order and understood what the problem was. I look forward to dealing with Carewell in the future.

My call today was handled carefully, with the customer specialist, Jasmine, listening politely, understanding my questions and fixing the proble. She offered to help with an autoship order today and in the future, which was great. This company is so great.
