I ordered periwash and I did not get it. Called customer service and she sent me another free. I did not get that. Called customer service today again. The same story. This time they refunded my original and she is sending some new PeriWash for another company. I am terrible about writing names. I do apologize. This is a great company and the service center is awesome.

I initially order from Vitality Medical, and in the order process was not made aware a prescription was mandatory. I then found Carewell and their customer support was great on-line and over the phone. I placed my order over the Holiday weekend and still received my product quickly with a tracking number. I haven’t used the product yet but happy that I have it in case of an emergency for my trip. First time customer and very pleased.
