I am a first time customer with Carewell and when I got the box of what I ordered, I realized I had made a mistake and order the wrong thing. My error. I called right away and the customer service person was very accommodating and gracious and explained very clearly the return process without any questions. I was not a ital customer (yet) SH was very helpful, also creating a replacement order and telling me when it would b delivered. I was delighted because this hadn’t been the case with other customer service department for other companies I deal with. Thank you. Carewell, for living up to your name!

I called Carewell at the advice of my PCP due to my incontinence struggles. As someone who is new to incontinence, I know very little about products and Anna-Maria with Carewell was extremely helpful, supportive, and provided product recommendations.

Best company. I have received excellent service from them. They answer their phones and are excellent in their knowledge of the products and the customer service rep took time with me and helped with comparing different products so we were able to find the best products for my special needs daughter. So very pleased! I will continue to use them and recommend to others. This is the Chick-fil-A of Incontinence product companies!

Carewell is an excellent website in my opinion to receive all my gastronomy feeding tube needs. The representatives are very polite, informative, & knowledgeable on the questions you may have on their products. As a first time customer my experience was top of the line. I had two questions for Jasmine & she quickly & precisely answered them to the best of her knowledge. My call was answered immediately with no long wait on the phone. I would absolutely recommend this website. Not sure why I didn’t find them sooner.
