Carewell contacted me to ask me to call them because there was a problem with my billing. I returned the call and was pleasantly surprised to have them address me by name and thank me for calling back. Since it was going to be an eight minute wait I chose to be in the callback queue and when the customer service rep called back she was very helpful and very friendly and I appreciate that so much.

I’ve had several transactions with this company. I have a very over weight granddaughter (3yrs old-65lbs and on the spectrum ) and she totally grew out of normal size pull ups and luckily I found this company! We purchase the youth medium pull ups. They work great! Product & customer service rate a 10 out of 10 from me!

Carewell has been the best place for medical/wound care supplies! I need wound care supplies at home and Carewell has delivered them to me in a safe, quick manner vis UPS. I’m very satisfied with their customer service and website where I purchase my supplies. I have already told a friend that needs medical supplies that she can get supplies, nutritional drinks and pedialyte at an affordable price; sometimes cheaper than Amazon

What a wonderful experience today speaking with Gabriella. I was a little worried about calling as I was returning some merchandise. She was most welcoming and very personable as well as knowledgeable about the products. The diapers I was returning was very good but we needed a little more absorbency and will be ordering them as soon as we receive the credit. I also discovered you carry another product that our household likes and at a less expensive cost! I can’t see that I would shop at any other supplier, The products you provide are a high-quality and your service is impeccable. I believe this to be the beginning of a very long relationship between our home and Carewell.
