The customer service is amazing. They responded to my review within a couple of days. I also reached out separately about two weeks later to possibly return part of my order as my dog passed away and the purchase was for him. They responded to that as well very promptly. I would definitely do business with them again and I recommend them!

I have had so many positive experiences with Carewell. I love being able to speak to a live person when I have any questions or concerns. They offer a wide range of products for our different situations and needs. We always order at a level to have free shipping. They are usually priced just below other competitors, and if not on par. And I'd rather support a small business where I can get personal service.
