Recently I ordered the wrong item for my mom, and I emailed Carewell to find out if it could be returned. Carewell has always provided outstanding customer service, and their response and assistance this time was no exception! My brother, for whom I was sole caregiver, reaped the benefits of Carewell’s products until his passing in 2021. I continue to now care for my house-bound mother. Because of Carewell, I have been afforded the opportunity to provide even better care for my mom (and my brother when he was alive). It is rare to receive such wonderful customer service these days. The person at farewell is different each time I call but I must say they are patient helpful and courteous at all times. They have always met my needs and I will continue to use them There customer service skills are outstanding!

I’m just starting with voluntary service in our community, helping with burn wounds using the burdock and B&W ointment method…so need to keep a good supply of rolled gauze on hand…I found your site online and was very pleased with the prices and fast service!!!!
